This Masterclass equips participants with a comprehensive framework for the development of brand-building communications across the whole rapidly-expanding range of paid, owned and earned channels, with special emphasis on the huge potential and challenges offered by digital marketing and social media.
Through a wide range of best practice cases, participants are immersed in the latest techniques and tools including the role of the consumer and the contribution of creativity in establishing the "voice of the brand". The module is built around the different stages of the consumer journey to enable participants to evaluate where each communications tool can be the most effective, and how to combine different tools for best results.
