Frequently Asked Questions
What is the Masterclass Series?
A series of short training programmes each exploring and developing creative approaches to a specific emerging topic in the expanding world of Creative and Strategic Marketing. Each Masterclass consists of two interlinked modules delivered across 3 days, taught by ESCP Europe Faculty. Each one is an excellent opportunity to connect with the latest thinking, hear from industry guest speakers, study alongside and network with participants of the School's EMMK and EMBA programmes. Distance learning elements allow participants to follow up and develop their learning.
Who should attend?
Marketing professionals with at least 5 years' experience and planning to advance to leadership positions in the industry. Those with general management training and experience seeking to acquire leading-edge marketing knowledge and skills. Business and creative entrepreneurs seeking the marketing and consumer expertise necessary to ensure the success of their venture.
It is expected that participants will come from a wide range of countries and disciplines, in line with the 30+ nationalities in the School's Marketing & Creativity programmes and the current Executive intake from manufacturing, marketing, media & communications, consultancies, government and education.
What makes the Masterclass Series different?
Firstly, that each topic is approached from a uniquely creative viewpoint to challenge the prevailing view of the field and drive innovative approaches and solutions. Secondly, by giving access to the rich content and interactivity of the Executive Masters programme in a completely flexible and menu-driven way. Thirdly, the international nature and stature of ESCP Europe with its triple accreditation brings a truly global character to the sessions.
How flexible is the programme?
The Masterclasses are a completely flexible way to increase knowledge, build qualifications, and develop a network, whether starting with a single session or planning to join a number of them. Individual Masterclasses will take place every 6 weeks and cover a different topic, repeating each year. The eight Masterclasses can be taken individually or built up over time into a fuller Diploma or Masters qualification.
