Kudzayi is a creative, innovation and social impact enthusiast. She spent the last few years working in Zimbabwe on the development of the creative industries, social entrepreneurship, water access and corporate marketing. Prior to that she was based in the United States where she earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Connecticut after which she moved to Washington D.C to work in the hospitality industry.
She has worked across a diverse set of industries that have taken her from big corporate organizations to rural communities. These experiences have drawn her closer to her passion in connecting and collaborating with people and ideas to achieve breakthroughs. She is most excited about the way in which creativity and innovation can be used to tackle some of the biggest challenges facing marginalized communities. Over the years she has seen the overlap of a human centric approach to problem solving and believes that many of the private sector's innovations can be scaled to reach the base of the pyramid economies and grow their prosperity.
She is currently enrolled in the Executive Masters Program in Creativity and Marketing at ESCP Europe Business School and continues to explore how she can further develop her role as a cross-pollinator to catalyze ideas and turn them into actionable initiatives.
